Leadership Positions at BRX
At BRX we wanted to make a more formal way to recognize people who are positively contributing to our BRX culture through leadership. As a result we have created a couple of new agent roles that you can apply for. Each of these roles will be a 1 year term and will be provided stock options & a free ticket to an in-person event that BRX hosts in the future.
BRX Elite Coach - https://ilmb.typeform.com/to/yLSNFLdd
These coaches will provide 5-week training sessions for BRX brokers on something they are great at. If the coaching goes well, they will be offered a spot as a cohort coach at the ILMB academy to train brokers outside of BRX and earn a higher income for their time.
BRX Ambassador - https://ilmb.typeform.com/to/tc3fYgpe
These agents will be supported in hosting in-person events in their area. BRX will provide the framework & support the event to help with maximum attendance. There will be 4 events per year that were like the holiday charity parties that were just held in December 2024.
BRX Inner Circle - Automatically invited
All agents who cap in the previous year will be added to the BRX Inner Circle. There will be quarterly meetings with Denise & Scott to get your feedback on the operations of the brokerage & your ideas for how to better support your business as we grow.
