Get rewarded when agents you invite to the company join BRX.
Get Rewarded When You Help BRX Grow
At BRX, we believe in rewarding agents who help us grow. Our Revenue Share Program provides a passive income opportunity for agents who refer others to join BRX. When your referral lists you as their sponsor, you receive a share of BRX's commission revenue from their deals.
What is Revenue Share?
Revenue share allows BRX agents to earn additional income by referring other licensed agents to the company. When a referred agent joins BRX and names you as their Sponsoring Agent, you earn a percentage of the revenue BRX earns from their deals. This is our way of thanking you for helping build the team.

Why Revenue Share Matters
We grow better when we grow together. If you help bring talent to BRX, you’re contributing to our success and deserve to share in the rewards. Revenue Share is how we say thank you for building the BRX community.
How It Works: Step-by-Step
Simply put: if you bring another agent to BRX, you are eligible for a portion of BRX’s revenue (the 15% split). No sign-up necessary! Here are the steps:
Step 1: Sponsor an agent
In order to earn revenue share, you must sponsor an agent. This means:
- You build a relationship with a licensed agent
- Work with the agent to understand the BRX business model and potential benefits;
- They join BRX and list you on their sponsored agent form as the most influential person in their decision to join BRX; and
- Once they join, you act as a resource for them to be successful
If you complete all the above steps, you will be listed as (and remain) the person’s sponsor!
Please note: you must be listed as the Sponsoring Agent at onboarding when the agent signs their Independent Contractor Agreement to be counted as a Sponsor. Once the Independent Contractor Agreement is signed, the name listed will not be changed for any reason.
Step 2: Work with your agent to be successful
Once you are listed as a Sponsor, the agent will be assigned to your Revenue Share Group. The agent must earn revenue so we can share it with you. Remember: You only earn revenue share if agents you sponsor are successful.
We are a production-based company which means revenue share is only earned on mortgage transactions that generate revenue to BRX.
For the purposes of the Revenue Share Plan, a Direct Recruit must satisfy the Tier Qualifying Agent conditions:
- Fund a minimum Personal Production Requirement (“PPR”) of 3 mortgages every rolling 6-month period.
- Provided these conditions are met, the Direct Recruit is considered as a Tier Qualifying Agent (“TQA”);
- Otherwise, the Direct Recruit is considered as a Non-Tier Qualifying Agent (“NTQA”) If your recruit doesn’t meet the full sponsorship requirements, they’re still counted as a Tier 1 agent — but they won’t help you unlock additional tiers. They’re considered a Non-Tier Qualifying Agent;
- However, a Direct Recruit that is enrolled in the Rookie to Rockstar Program is exempt from the minimum PPR of 3 mortgages every rolling 6-month period and will be considered as a Non-Producing Agent (“NPA”);
- For a NPA, the PPR will be applied upon completion of the Rookie to Rockstar Program to commence from the Direct Recruit’s Anniversary Date.
Step 3: Earn a portion of Commission Income
It's that simple! When an agent you Sponsor earns commission income, you will receive a portion of BRX's Revenue. So the 15% that goes to BRX? ...Part of it goes to you!
Step 4: Unlock Tiers
You can also earn a portion of commission income if agents you Sponsor start to Sponsor other agents. Once you sponsor enough agents directly (in your Tier 1), you will unlock additional Tiers. Then, if someone you Sponsor refers another agent, that agent will be in your Tier 2 and you will receive a portion of their commission income.
How Revenue Share Works
The revenue share you are paid on the Total Qualifying Agents (TQA) in your Revenue Share Team will change depending on how many mortgages you are funding. Agents at BRX who fund more mortgages will be paid more revenue share. Here is how it works.
Base Revenue Share Payout:
Tiers | Total Qualifying Agents (TQA) | % of Recruits AGCI you are paid in Revenue Share |
Tier 1 (agents you recruit) | 1+ | 3% |
Tier 2 (agents your Tier 1 agents recruit) | 3+ | 2% |
Tier 3 (agents your Tier 2 agents recruit) | 5+ | 1% |
Tier 4 (agents your tier 3 agents recruit) | 10+ | 2% |
You need to do a minimum number of mortgages each month to earn the top Revenue Share Payment in each tier. Here is the criteria:
Tiers | Total Qualifying Agents (TQA) | % of Recruits AGCI you are paid in Revenue Share | To be paid this you must do at least this many mortgages per month |
Tier 1 (agents you recruit) | 1+ | 4% | 2 |
Tier 2 (agents your Tier 1 agents recruit) | 3+ | 3% | 3 |
Tier 3 (agents your Tier 2 agents recruit) | 5+ | 2% | 4 |
Tier 4 (agents your tier 3 agents recruit) | 10+ | 3% | 5 |
AGCI = Annual Gross Commission Income
Note: The BRX Revenue Share Cap for all agents is $15,000. So your revenue share on each agent will be paid to you until the agent you recruited caps each year.
So what does this mean?
Once Tier 2 is unlocked, you will earn 2% Revenue Share for every TQA in Tier 2. This means you could earn up to $3,200 for every Tier 2 agent that caps.
Now, there are some things to keep in mind:
- You can only unlock Tier 2 if you have a minimum of 3 TQA agents on Tier 1.
- If a member of your Tier 1 becomes non-producing, then Tier 2 will be closed until a producing agent is added to Tier 1 (or producing status is reobtained). - This is only true if someone has 3 TQA’s and one of them stops producing. It is not true if someone has 10 Tier 1 TQA’s and one of them moves to non-qualifying
- Just like Tier 1, you only earn revenue share if there is Revenue to Share. This means when the agent caps (aka hits their $15k paid to BRX), you will not earn revenue Share until their anniversary date where their commission resets.
You can continue to unlock Tiers up to 4 Tiers. Just like Tier 2, you need to have a certain number of agents on your Tier 1 to unlock additional Tiers:
- You must sponsor The minimum 3 TQA’s in Tier 1 agents to unlock Tier 2
- You must have the minimum of 5 TQA’s in Tier 2 agents to unlock Tier 3
- You must have the minimum of 10 TQA’s in Tier 3 agents to unlock Tier 4
And just like Tier 2, the amount you earn at every Tier changes:
- Tier 1: 3-4% (depending on your personal production)
- Tier 2: 2-3% (depending on your personal production)
- Tier 3: 1-2% (depending on your personal production)
- Tier 4: 2-3% (depending on your personal production)
Pulling it All Together: The Total Opportunity…
How much you earn depends on:
- How many TQA’s you Sponsor;
- How much revenue each agent contributes to BRX;
- Whether you unlock Tiers by achieving the required number of TQA’s in each tier
Pulling this all together, here is the annual income opportunity:
- You will earn 4% of revenue paid to BRX for each TQA you directly sponsor.
- For every full capping agent you bring to the company, you earn a maximum of $3,000-$4,000
- Once you sponsor 3 TQA’s directly, you will unlock Tier 2.
- Then you will earn 2% of revenue paid to BRX for every Tier 2 TQA (Sponsored by someone you Sponsored).
- Every TQA on Tier 2, earns you a maximum of $2,000-$3,000
- Once you have 5 TQA’s in Tier 2, you will unlock Tier 3 and earn 1-2% (dependent on your production) of revenue paid to BRX for every Tier 3 agent.
- Every TQA on Tier 3, earns you a maximum of $1,000-$2,000(dependent on your production)
- Once you have 10 TQA’s in tier 3, you will unlock Tier 4 and earn 2-3% (dependent on your production) of revenue paid to BRX for every Tier 3 agent.
- Every TQA on Tier 4, earns you a maximum of $2,000-$3,000 (dependent on your production)
Let’s say you bring 5 TQA’s to BRX. That’s $15,000-$20,000 in extra income each year (dependent on your production).
All 5 of these people are on Tier 1. However, TQA 4 unlocks your ability to access Tier 2.
Now let’s imagine that each one of the 5 people you brought on also brings on 5 TQA’s. That’s 25 people at the $2,000-$3,000 level, meaning you could stand to make $15,000-$20,000 from your Tier 1 plus $50,000-$75,000 for a total of $65,000-$95,000 (based on your personal production).
That’s impressive for the revenue you’ve earned apart from what you’re working on as a producing agent! This is part of that wealth-building model we referenced earlier. It’s a new way to think and act. Supporting the agents you invite to the company, helping them problem solve, encouraging their success is rewarded by the company.
